NOTAMBriefing.com
Built together with you 🀝

Hi Aviator,

Last week we invited you by email as one of the first 300 users outside our team to try something new.

Quick recap
A fast, browser-based NOTAM briefing tool. Open it on any device, phone, tablet, laptop. Get a clear picture of active airspaces and NOTAMs across Europe. No install needed.
It is built on our completely rebuilt PocketFMS data pipeline. The same trusted data as EasyVFR 4, now delivered through a modern, high-speed web platform.

Think of it like this:
Same account. Same data. Your EV4 subscription unlocks it automatically.

And wow! Your response has been fantastic. Across the board and across Europe, you told us it works great on your devices and is hitting its goal. You also shared sharp feedback and excellent suggestions.

Within days, we implemented several of your most impactful ideas:
  • Full Route PIB creation with interactive map editing
Add free waypoints, select directly on the map, use your current GPS position, rubber‑band route legs to insert points, drag to reorder. (works good on wider screens, we'll iterate more for mobile)
  • Much clearer highlighting across workflows
Selecting an airspace or NOTAM now from views UI elements visibly highlights it across the map, briefing panel, and detail views.
  • Inner shading for airspaces
Thin solid boundaries are now easier to interpret at a glance.
  • By NOTAM closed airports and heliports
Now shown with a dedicated icon for quick identification.
  • Improved PWA installation
Smoother install experience on iOS, Android, and Windows, making it behave much more like a native app.
And more refinements are live already:

We’ve also received several excellent additional suggestions and are actively shaping those next steps.

Over the coming days and weeks, we’ll invite gradually more users every few days. Right now, while the group is still small, we can respond quickly, so if you see anything that can work better, we’d truly appreciate your input.

If you haven’t tried it yet or had login issues; use your easyvfr4.aero email and password (same as for the webshop and EasyVFR 4 app).

This is a prerelease. We're iterating fast, so bugs and rough edges are expected. Reply to this email or mail [email protected] to share your first impression and feedback.

This first week made us hungry for more. Looking forward to hearing from you 😊

Fly safe, fly current,
Tim
