We hope you had a fantastic season! Over the past months, we’ve released several updates for EasyVFR 4.4, and today, we’re wrapping it up with our final update in this series. We’ve made big improvements to the Vertical Profile and added Direct-To Waypoint options for your active route—plus 24 other enhancements and 26 bug fixes to make your flying experience even better.

Improved Vertical Profile (VP)
- Easier altitude changes – no more forced Top of Descent across multiple waypoints.
- Clear feasibility – if your planned climb or descent isn’t possible, that leg turns red.
- Re-center when flying – “Re-center Position” also re-centers your plane in the VP.

Direct-To Waypoint of Active Route
- Route card shortcut – select the three dots next to any upcoming waypoint, then select Direct-To to recalculate ETA and distances.
- Map shortcut – select on a waypoint on the map and pick Direct-To in the Info Sheet.
- Cancel easily – revert to your original route with Cancel Direct-To in the Route card.

Auto-Closing & Pinning the Info Sheet
- Auto-close – the Info Sheet closes automatically after 30 seconds in flight mode.
- Pin it – if you need it to stay open, pin it to keep it on-screen as long as you like.
Edit & Delete User Waypoints in Info Sheet
- Tap or long-press the map to open the Info Sheet.
- Use the WP+ or WP pen icon to create, edit, or delete waypoints—no extra menus needed.
MSFS 2024 & Other Sim Support
Ubi Sumos has updated FS Conny to work seamlessly with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, adding to the already extensive compatibility list for EasyVFR of Prepar3D, X-Plane, MSFS 2020, and the older MSFS X. (See easyvfr4.aero/sim for details.) Thank you, Ubi, for your help!
