Install went as expected first displaying basic map, I then opened the add counties tab and without any further messages then started to upload data lots and lots of date. five hours later still uploading no other functions available so used task manager to exit app.
tried again several times as well as uninstalling it and all previous version of EV4
no change so it is unusable .
Seems to load nd work on my tablet !

I completely uninstalled all previous versions without it working. I then uninstalled and deleted all the files previously installed .
Installation then worked correctly
