just tried to buy a raster chart in EV4.0.718. When clicking on Buy button nothing happens. This works fine in EV3, just bought ICAO 2020 Germany. That one is not even available in EV4. Happens for all of the available charts.
Looks like subscribing for approach plates works in EV4, at least a message box appears

New findings: after I purchased the ICAO 2020 Germany with EV3 it's available for download in EV4.0.712 on another computer and download is OK
Ubi, which platform(s) is/are this on? May be entirely a red herring but in EV3, on IOS, the catalogue is for some (bizarre but longstanding) reason unable to show any of the purchasable charts, all it DOES show is those currently-available charts you have already purchased by other means (direct from our shop, or on a Windows or Android device, etc. (Not sure what situation is for MacOS). Might this in any way correlate with that you are seeing?

that Happens on Windows EV 4.0.718, not all charts are visible, regardless if purchased or not
Once I purchased ICAO Germany 2020 chart in EV3 I'm able to download in EV 4.0.718 on Android and in EV 4.0.18 on iPhone. But as said before when clicking on "BUY" nothing happens in EV 4.0.718 on any platform
Conclusion is that depending on platform used, the list of charts and buttons behaviour varies
