These days in Germany there is confusion about the activity of the EM restrictions.

The original NOTAM is correct, but EV makes up an Emission problem  (EM).  Don’t change the text of NOTAMS, they lack standardization and they have spelling mistakes.  So a computer will fail when trying to correct something.

Additionally it would be very convenient to have these activations displayed in the dark blue shade of the dynamic airspaces.

We try to make NOTAMs more readable by replacing known AIP abbreviations into there non-abbreviated equivalent. Clearly this goes wrong with the EM abbreviation, so we've removed that from the known abbreviations list to avoid it from happening again.

I agree it would be great if those NOTAMs would be part of the Dynamic Airspace Mapping so they can be hidden or rendered blue/pink when not active or active. We spent some time last week trying to get that accomplished, but the problem is those airspaces do not have a structured airspaceid (like EDR049 etc), are not part of Germany's AUP, and the NOTAMs are not with 100% certainty linkable to the correct airspace, so we kept it better save then sorry.
