Ok, I must say: it’s not worth reading it in full length.
the text is full of coordinates and absolutely unreadable, but it should still be possible to look at it.

An 'interesting' NOTAM for sure, makes for a nice read. 😉 But I think you have collapsed that NOTAM so it doesn't take up that much space. If you press the kind of paint brush shaped button next to it, it will expand again.

If you try the brush, you will notice some collapsing, but not much on this particular text.
