These 2 pics reveal a discrepancy.
the flightplan NOTAMs shows only VFR flights prohibited, while the spot NOTAM prohibits VFR and IFR flights in two separate NOTAMs
Lief, on the Layers Menu, NOTAMs submenu, there is a "Hide IFR NOTAMs" button. What effect does that have - perhaps the filtering (of all the NOTAM filters provided there?) only applies to the flightplan NOTAM list?

There is no difference for this particular set of NOTAMS, whether IFR is turned off or on.
As this is an ENROUTE and FIR wide NOTAM, the flightroules should have no effect. They are mentioned in the text, but the NOTAM was not made for one or the other.
Interestingly they both show up for me in the route briefing, and hide ifr options does not hide the ifr version.
beware of hiding the FIR wide Notams, because some of them may be important.

Unfortunately a lot of FIR-wide notams are useless things like "Don't fly in Afghanistan" or "Don't fly a 737 Max" so it is very tempting to turn the FIR-wide ones off - but as you say there may be important things there, too. Hard to see how we can do anything to ease that problem!
