the list of airfields in Italy is not updated, in my region (Abruzzo) at least half of the airfields present in the map no longer exist, another has changed name.
It is possible to at least hide the airfields that no longer exist?
Are you planning to integrate the Avioportolano data?
We have contacted Avioportolano several times, but they choose not to respond to us. We would like to implement their data into our system, but without their cooperation that's very difficult. But if you can indicate to me which airports are closed, I will take them off the map ASAP!
if you could send me a txt or xls file with the list of Italian airfields with identification and address (city name and provincia) I will check it against my 2024 Italian paper chart and mark no more existing airfileds

FYI, Terni (Alvaro Leonardi) LIAA is showing no fuel. I know that it has at least 100LL, possibly also Mogas.
Any progress with Avioportolano? I‘m pretty sure they are at AERO. Why not approach them there for chat? Personal contact is always useful.
We very well might do that again, as we have done a few times in the past already. At the Aero we do get enthusiastic responses from their booth crew, but soon as we try to follow these up it results in a deafening silence from their part.
I acknowledge that earlier attempts for a cooperation (we're talking well over a decade ago) weren't handled by us as graciously as we could & should have, and I think they still hold a grudge against us for that . .
Meanwhile, we do try to keep the VFR data for Italy in shape via other sources. if you notice matters that need changing, please let me know and they'll be handled swiftly.
