Why do you use two different types of search windows ?
this last one is from the route planning departure airport. It does not allow selection of user waypoints.

Hmm, the idea is a takeoff can only be done from an airfield. But I see your point a user waypoint could also represent an airfield (for example a temporary grassfield for a local event).
