if I fly I am interested to see my actual high plus 1000 ft to the ground in the airspace not all the stuff above ?

This can be accomplished by setting the "Hide airspaces at & above" in the layers menu very low, for example 2000ft. When you enable flightmode and come within 1000ft of this margin, EasyVFR4 will automatically adjust this ceiling until you descend again, then it readjusts to the old setting.
