What's new with today's update?
Today's is all about fine-tuning several features to get ready to promote all the enhancements in the latest beta versions to the public release through the app stores. If you find any issues or have a suggestion, please share them in the comments below. ?
NEW - Available fuel per airfield on the moving map
Available fuel is now shown per airfield using symbology on the map.
The shown fuel types depend of your selected aircraft profile
- If no aircraft profile is selected then all fuel types will be displayed for each airfield.
- If an aircraft profile is selected where JetA1 is selected as fuel then only JetA1 fuel labels are rendered on the map.
- If Avgas is selected as fuel type in the aircraft profiles then all 100(LL) labels are rendered. If mogas or "other" is selected as fuel type in the aircraft profile then all except JetA1 is rendered on the map.
NEW - Always draw runway extension when runway ident is selected
The runway centerline extension feather is now also drawn without necessarily being part of a route when the runway ident in QuickInfo->Airfield info is tapped.
NEW - Bulgaria, Greenland, and Ukrain are added
We continue to add more countries to EasyVFR 4. This time Bulgaria, Greenland, and Ukraine. To download these new regions first download all data at EasyVFR 4 menu -> Downloads menu -> Download All Data. Then go to the country selected to download the new regions.

Another round of tweaks is made to make the process simpler and more stable.

- IMPROVED: When flightmode is activated EV4 automatically creates a local flight definition in RouteWindow, and now directly activates it as active route instead of leaving it as draft route for the user to confirm.
- IMPROVED: the "big finger" rubberband offset applied on multitouch devices no graduately increases to its max distance depending on distance travelled by the user.
- IMPROVED: Various tweaks for menu->downloads menu->Dynon Data exchange
- FIXED: Sometimes in Windows landscape, the W&B screen layout had impossible small sliders.
- FIXED: EasyVFR 4 menu -> myEasyVFR did not render the trashcan button for charts that are already downloaded to the device.
- FIXED: EasyVFR 4 menu- > Downloads Menu -> Dynon SkyView Data Exchange, did sometimes not init all downloadable item lines correctly causing weird behavior like never-ending download instructions.

macOS Big Sur
The issue with Android 11 is solved. Please share any issue you encounter. macOS Big Sur is not supported.

1. Install the Apple TestFlight app via the Apple AppStore.
2. Go to the following URL to download the latest version of EasyVFR4 via TestFlight:

- 64-bit, +3GB RAM. Android 7.0 and higher is advised.

- After downloading the DMG, open it and drag the EasyVFR 4 icon into the Applications folder. EasyVFR 4 is now available via Launchpad.
- When you get the message "EasyVFR4.app can’t be opened because it was not downloaded from the App Store" choose [Open in Finder] from that popup, then right-click on EasyVFR4.app and choose open. Now the same popup will appear, now with a [Open] button.
- From there on you can launch EasyVFR 4 from the launchpad without this warning.
