While in flight, I found that a zoom-in action very quickly overshoots a usable range. It seems to zoom to essentially zero. It would be good to limit this to something sensible. Maybe even dynamic with speed or flight/ground mode?
On the ground an area of 100 - 250m diameter might be handy when trying to find a junction or a taxiway.
In flight, something that reflects 30 seconds of flight perhaps?
