Some of the button icons are not self-explanatory (at least to me). An example is the menu on-off icon all the way on the right of the menu bar. It resembles a 'file manager' icon. The 'planner' icon looks like a dog toy. That would be OK if the buttons had a tool tip attached. Hover the mouse over a button and a small [menu], or [planner] text would be handy.
