I have just graduated to running Ev4 on an iPad Mini6 for my main Nav!
Previously I used an ipad mini2 running Ev3 as main Nav and a Android Samsung S2 as backup Nav running Ev4.The Samsung was too slow though for Ev4 really which is why i only up until now had it running as a backup Nav.
However I seem to have setup settings differences with Ev4 on Android compared to Ev4 on iOS that I can't seem to resolve. It is probably me not having set up a Tablet with Ev for while but i just can't seem to find the answer.
1/How do I turn on, to permanently show on the chart, land based Navaids like VOR's and NDB's in EV4 on iOs? like I have on my Android with Ev4 and of course also in Ev3. I do still sometimes route via them.
2/ How do i turn off the magenta line route strip info in Ev4 on iOS? I know i can turn it down to 50% readability but i wish to turn it off completely. I don't have the route strip info showing at all in Ev4 on Android and that is how i like it and of course it doesn't even exist in Ev3.

At the top right of the basic map page there are 4 icons. The 2nd from the top configures the map presets. Select the NAV tab and then AeroData. There you can turn on and off all sorts of map items including the ones you mention (VORs, NDBs, and route strip info - called Leg Labels).
