implement relative terrain (transparent/yellow/red based on terrain clearance)

that would be a huge step back if missing. can be relatively rough lateral resolution though, but altitude resolution should be at least 500ft if not more precise.

Its not a matter of resolution, it will be just as hughres as the current Absolute Terrain. There are no technical questions or difficulties, just a matter of what gets developed first, aka priorities 😉
