Once EasyVFR is in Flight Mode, the traffic display is filtered by relative altitude (you can adjust the altitude range of the filtering). However, by default, if you are not in Flight Mode, EasyVFR displays ALL traffic irrespective of altitude. This is so that when you are preparing to fly, you will easily be able to see some traffic on the display, which gives you confidence that your connection to SafeSky (or whatever other traffic system you use) is functioning correctly. If you do not want to see teh high-level traffic when you are not actually flying, you can easily switch EasyVFR so that the relative altitude filter is applied even if not in Flight Mode:- Tap the Status Dot in the lower right area of teh screen and then on the page that appears tap "Traffic", and turn OFF the "Filter only in Flightmode" switch.
