In System/Units it would be convenient if the current unit for each item was shown, without having to tap the select icon. Other simple items would benefit from this approach also.
Something like this.
Where would this also be convenient to have?

Very much in favor! I was going to suggest the same. It makes little sense to have to go through each setting just to find out what the current setting is.

Agree totally, same feature relevant to other items. Just give short abbreviations or analogies to just icons you always have to figure out what their real meaning could be!
