iPhone X installation. App doesn't start

I installed TestFlight app as intructed. Then installed Ev4. When app started, it stops where is text box:"Please select the country you wish to activate... When ready, tap the OK button below." Nothing happen when tap the OK button.

Hi Mauri,

Welcome to the forum. We have no other reports on that the country activation, after a fresh installation, does not work. Note that you first can only activate one country and later on you can sign in to activate more (if you have a valid EasyVFR standard or Frequently Flyer membership) license.

Perhaps it was a one time hick up. Could you please close the EasyVFR 4 app and start it again?

Please let me know if the issue occurs again. In that case, I will lend an iPhone X from a friend and test it myself 🙂

Hi Tim,

Thank you for reply. I closed the app and started again, no help.

I've EV3 still on phone. Is that matter?

Wow. Thanks. A screen video makes it much more clear what is the issue. 

You need to tap on the country you want to activate. See this video I just created for you.

No, You can have both EV3 and EV4 installed on the same device. They do not share any sources on the device. (But they can, of course, share saved routes and aircraft profiles via the EasyVFR cloud.)
