Hi everyone - just wondering if anyone else has seen the EasyVFR UK app (aka Airspace Avoid) slow down after upgrading their device from Android 10 to 11?
I used to take ~5 seconds to open and have the map ready, but now it takes closer to 30. Not a problem I guess, but kind of annoying! Seems to work ok once it has opened, but just takes ages to get off the splash screen.

Yes, this is a known issue we initially also had with EasyVFR4 when Android 11 came out. We fixed it, and the same fix could be applied to EV3, but simply because of the recompile we would have to resubmit it to google playstore and that triggers a whole lot of other changes we are forced to include by Google. All doable of course, but we are also considering creating an update to EV4 for EasyVFR basic UK so that would be "double work" then. I guess we will have to make a decision soon somewhere and act upon it 😉
